Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan &#8211; Former Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment; Dr. Hoang Huu Phe &#8211; Vinaconex R&amp;D Company.<\/p>\n<p>On the side of the University, there was the presence of Assoc. Dr. Huynh Quyen &#8211; Rector; together with the teachers who are leaders of the faculties and departments, the lecturers are teaching master&#8217;s degrees of the University; especially the presence of graduate students.<\/p>\n<p>During this Opening Ceremony, Dr. Le Thi Kim Thoa has provided information about the MARE project and the contribution of the e-learning system for further development of new courses for post graduate.
